My vision for educational leadership at Notre Dame College

I have created a YouTube clip outlining some of my ideas around Catholic leadership.
If you are unable to access YouTube videos through the school server please let me know and I'll find another way for you to access it.(Email me at jennifer.

I have also completed a subject (Teacher Librarian as Leader) as part of my Masters of Education which explored different styles of leadership and their effectiveness. We then had to apply these theories as part of group projects. I would like to think of my leadership style as collaborative. I am certain their are already a number of teachers at Notre Dame who are enthusiastically and effectively using principles of 21st century teaching and learning in their classrooms, along with others who are competently employing ICTs as part of the planning and delivery of curriculum. I would love to identify these teachers, collaborate with them, help them to share their ideas and celebrate their efforts and brilliance with the whole school community.
During my Masters of Education I also gained expertise in resourcing the curriculum - both electronically and with physical resources - I believe this would also be of benefit to the NDC community and would sit nicely with my ICT skills - also gained during my Masters and developed since. Combining these two aspects of expertise allows me to ensure that the college's resources are well known and fully utilised within the community. Apart from this I also had exposure to curriculum writing and improvement to reflect modern pedagogical theories. I have continued to build on these skills since completing my Masters and hope to continue to develop them throughout my career.
